Community Resource Specialist

 

FT Community Resource Specialist position available for person who wants to make a difference in their community. Position entails responding to calls from people looking for health and human services. Excellent customer service and telephone skills required. Previous call center experience a plus. Computer and data entry skills a must. BA/AA degree and/or experience in human service. Ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, flexible schedule a Must! Ability to work with diverse populations. Minority and Spanish speaking individuals encouraged to apply. Salary range $24,000 - $26,000 + excellent benefits.
